CoVal Security Services Ltd.

Mobile Emergency Alarm Response

Our clients have confidence knowing CoVal Security will respond immediately 24 hours a day to an alarm or emergency. When requested by our client or the alarm monitoring company CoVal Security assumes the role of the primary alarm responder.

The chain of events is as follows:
Alarm system is tripped and signal is sent to the alarm monitoring station.

The alarm monitoring station calls CoVal Security’s 24-hour dispatch.

CoVal Security responds immediately.

On arrival the mobile unit looks for any signs of suspicious activity.

The officer inspects the exterior of the premises to ensure it is secure and for signs of forced entry. If the officer is not satisfied, he would then call RCMP dispatch and wait for their arrival.

If there is no signs of forced entry the officer enters the premises and disarms the system.

The officer conducts an interior check looking for anything unusual or reasons for the alarm. The officer rearms the alarm system and leaves a calling card at the alarm panel before securing premises.

Prior to departing, the officer writes a detailed report and notifies the alarm monitoring company of his findings.

CoVal Security will retain all confidential alarm documentation and will be forwarded to the client or made available upon request.
